Sling.com marketing team identified a need for increased awareness of channel offerings. They also tested several cancel flow interventions to retain customers.
Deliverables
This homepage banner highlighted the available channels on the Sling TV product, increasing product awareness and comprehension.

This intervention in the cancel flow promotes popular upcoming events that users may be purchasing another streaming service to watch.
