Project Vision
TOUR is a mobile platform for artists and fans to buy and sell merchandise. By removing wait times in the merch line at concerts, fan experience and accessibility is improved. Artists are better able to predict supply and demand. Everyone is happy.

Challenges
- Merchandise lines at concerts are often long, cutting into the show time and providing accesibility challenges for concert goers.
- Demand for merchandise is often hard to predict, leading merchandise to sell out before demand is reached.

Impact | Users surveyed say this app could be a valuable addition to the music industry by increasing accessibility and improving experience at events. Another tool in artists’ and their managements’ belt will be a valuable addition to the retail landscape and cultivating relationships between artists and fans.
What I learned | I’m passionate about making equitable products and really enjoyed learning how product research and creation can make tasks easier and more accessible for consumers.
